What would you do if you loved yourself?
This simple, soul-stirring question sparked the beginning of my healing journey a decade ago, and changed everything for me since. After years of feeling disconnected, depleted, and unsure of my worth, a friend asked me this question, and in that moment, I knew. Something inside me shifted, and I realized I had been searching outside of myself for love, peace, and purpose, when all along, the answers were already within me. That question became a guiding compass. It awakened a deep inner knowing, and invited me to live from love, embodying love in all areas of my life. Now, I am here as a loving friend to ask you this same question.
This workbook is an offering from my heart to yours. Born from the wisdom of my own journey, of remembering who I am, learning to soften, to trust God’s timing, and to consciously choose love again and again. It is here now as a guide for you, to guide you back home to yourself.

The Practice
These practices are offered as gentle invitations to deepen into embodiment and lived experience.
In this practice, I will gently guide you into a direct experience of being present. You’ll be invited to slow down and notice your senses, your breath, your heartbeat, and the simple aliveness of your body. There is nothing to fix or change here. Just a soft returning into presence, where you can witness life as it is moving through you.
The energy of this practice is grounded, spacious, and quietly awakening.
