While each day will unfold in surrender to the living energy we create together, this is the rhythm that will guide us:
Morning | Presence & Devotion
Sunrise practices, intention-setting, and inner alignment. Grounding before gathering for an energizing breakfast.
Midday | Embodiment & Activation
Conscious movement, guided energy work, and planetary coherence practices, followed by a vibrant lunch.
Afternoon | Group Coherence & Field Work
Collective activations, sacred ceremony, nature immersion, and time to connect, whether by the pool, in the spa, or walking the lands, before a nourishing dinner together.
Evening | Celebration & Reflection
Integration circles, ecstatic movement, soundbath meditation, and sunset jamming as we close each day in unity.
There will also be spaciousness to book a private massage or photoshoot, and explore nearby beaches, archaeological sites, or the city of Cagliari for those who feel inspired.
