The Weekly Rhythm
Each week, we gather from Tuesday to Sunday at 3PM CET, allowing Monday for rest and integration.
From Tuesday to Saturday, we enter into intentional movement practice, synchronizing the body and breath with the living Universal Current that flows through all of life. A return to union with God through embodied presence. On Sundays, we open the space worldwide for Planetary Coherence, a collective gathering of meditation, prayer, and energy work in to anchor peace on Earth.
Through this rhythm, we strengthen our inner connection, and unite in service to all of humanity.
Universal Current
A daily practice held Tuesday to Saturday.
In this devotional space, we unite through breath and intentional movement to align with the natural rhythm of the cosmos — weaving spirit and matter, and restoring an energetic balance within that radiates into our living reality.
