In 2016, at the lowest point of my life, I was asked a question that shifted everything for me. “What would you do if you loved yourself?” The moment I heard it, my entire body knew the answer. That question became the foundation for how I began living my life, one conscious loving choice at a time.
By returning to this question again and again, I slowly transformed the way I showed up to life. Today, I am living my most miraculous, love-filled life, aligned with my highest path and purpose. This workbook was born from that lived devotion. It carries the same inquiry that guided me back to myself and continues to anchor me in truth, courage, and a reminder of who I truly am.
